About our products
(1)Working principle
1)Ladle transfer cart is powered by AC 380V through the device of mobile cable which is installed at the bottom of the cart. The motor is controlled by electric system. Motor and gear reducer are controlled by electrical system to drive wheels and make the cart start, stop, go forward and backward, speed up and slow down and so on.
2)The ladle bracket is installed on the cart so that the ladle can be put flexibly through crane. The small ladle can be put directly on the surface of cart.
3)Ladle transfer cart is specially designed to transfer the high-temperature ladle. This kind of cart has strict requirements on safety and anti-high temperature, so the material, driving system and electrical parts of the cart should be specially designed.
4)Both the start and stop of the cart should be slowly to prevent the molten steel and slag running out of the ladle. The heat insulating material is used in the cart to resist the high temperature. Usually two motors art prepared, when one is damaged by the ladle's high temperature, the other can be used to continue the work.

(3)Application
The ladle transfer car is mainly used in Steel mills, aluminum plant, lead factory, other high temperature and metallurgy industry. The cars are used to transfer molten steel from one bay to another bay in the workshop and feed the hot steel ladles into ingot casting machine.
